Return & Refund Policy

At  Syncwellon, we value your trust and aim to provide you with the highest quality health supplements. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Opened or partially used products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Replacement

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery
    by contacting our support team.
  • Please share clear photos/videos of the damaged product for verification.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used supplements
  • Products purchased on sale or under special offers
  • Items without original packaging or invoice

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the product has not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per the return policy.
