Delivery Policy

At Kellen Healthcare / Syncwellon, we strive to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our delivery policy carefully.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently deliver across India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment.
  • Delivery time may vary between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take longer for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or minimum order value (as per ongoing offers).
  • Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
  • You can track your package using the courier partner’s tracking system.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If you are unavailable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Delays in Delivery

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or courier delays.
  • We are not liable for such delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving issues promptly.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at syncwellon@gmail.com with order details and photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or return as per our Return Policy.
